* Recruit:
- Participating in the development of recruitment plans.
- Updating job descriptions, recruitment standards, organizing and implementing recruitment activities.
* Personnel Assessment & Training:
- Implement personnel assessment at the projects.
- Identify training needs, develop staff training plans.
- Participate in developing training program framework for job positions.
– Organize internal training programs at the Project; post-training evaluation.
* Salary – Labor management:
- Implement the policy on salary of social insurance, personal income tax and other remuneration regimes;
- Performing labor management operations: Summarizing the results of personnel evaluation, salary review, transfer, appointment and dismissal of personnel
- Update and manage personnel files and data.
* Implement & support to control administrative work at the Project:
– Organize, implement and control administrative work and at the same time Control the implementation of Labor Regulations
- Advising management levels in the actual administrative work at the Projects.
- Planning procurement, allocating and tracking the use of stationery, office machinery and equipment.
– Manage and stamp the carpentry in accordance with regulations, control the incoming dispatch of the branch.
- Drafting administrative documents at the request of the Leader.
