Job Description
- Deploy, guide and train customers to use ERP software on: production, logistics, sales, accounting, human resources (will be trained on the software system)
- Support customers during software operation through channels: online, phone or directly at customer location.
- Record and process support requests and feedback from customers according to procedures, coordinate with relevant departments for timely handling.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction during software usage.
- Synthesize customer feedback, build a database of real-world problems and solutions
Candidate requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience implementing ERP software or similar business management systems.
- Graduated from College or higher in Economics, Accounting and related fields
- Understanding of business processes, accounting, production management, sales, and logistics is an advantage.
- Experience working with accounting software (customer support, software implementation, or internal accounting using software).
- Experienced in deploying software for businesses.
- Experienced with ERP software like Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or other management software.
