Job Description
1. POS software & hardware system deployment:
- Install, configure and test POS systems, internal networks, hardware devices (POS machines, receipt printers, routers, payment devices).
- Install and configure software modules (according to the Company's Checklist & Installation Instructions).
- Check and ensure that the modules are connected, started and operating properly (According to the Company Checklist).
- Ensure the system operates stably after deployment, perform end-to-end testing before handover.
2. User training and guidance:
- Train (at basic level) store staff to use POS system, payment, printing invoices, checking transactions.
- Instruct operators on how to handle basic problems when using the system.
3. Project implementation business trip:
- Deploy the system in stores according to the rollout schedule.
- Move to provinces and cities according to the project implementation plan.
4. Coordination with other departments:
- Work with TechOps, Support, PM, customer IT teams to optimize deployment.
- Record customer feedback and propose improvement solutions.
Candidate requirements
1. Basic requirements
- Good health, pleasant voice
- Have laptop and personal transportation (motorbike)
- Willing to travel to provinces and cities according to project schedule.
- Able to work flexible overtime during initial implementation and support phases.
2. Knowledge
2.1. IT system & hardware knowledge:
- Understanding of Windows operating system, computer hardware, printers, network devices.
- Knowledge of internal network, router configuration, VPN, stable internet connection for the system .
2.2. Troubleshooting & Technical Support Experience:
- Ability to observe and troubleshoot basic technical problems of computer systems.
- Experience in supporting users and guiding customers remotely.
2.3. Professional skills:
- Know how to configure operating systems, hardware, set up internal networks, and provide remote technical support .
- Experience in implementing management software is an advantage.
2.4. Soft skills:
- Communication: confident, clear, easy to understand instructions for customers.
- Teamwork : coordinate with other departments to effectively implement projects.
- Work organization : work according to implementation process and checklist.
- Withstands pressure well during large rollout periods.
2.5. Attitude:
- Careful, meticulous, patient in the process of deploying and testing data.
- High sense of responsibility: to work and customers.
- Respectful and cooperative: Be patient and gentle when guiding customers and handling requests.
- Open-minded: proactively learn, research and update new technology.

- Fixed salary + project bonus (cover bonus for flexible working hours) = total income 10-15 million/month.
