    Job Description

    Job duties
    • Assist in reviewing sales contracts to ensure on-time delivery on signed contracts.
    • Receive, check sales orders and process sales orders until delivery to customers.
    • Send and update order confirmations to the sales staff/sales department.
    • Weekly updates on the file to track the status of all orders
    • Check and prepare all documents related to the signed contract for customers
    • Follow up and send notifications: Payment request, delivery notification...Payment tracking
    • Coordinating with the accounting department on the issue of invoices and payments
    • Handling customer complaints about delivery time, quantity of goods, documents.....
    • Plan and arrange inland transportation to deliver to customers
    • Handle inventory control on ERP system.
    • Send a request for a delivery note
    • Other tasks assigned by superiors
