Job details
- Plan activities, manage and operate opening activations, birthdays, conferences and seminars for sales channels.
- Develop plans for event and activation activities to increase customer experience nationwide.
- Implement activation activities according to the approved plan.
- Coordinate with the Design team to design items that need to be used for activities.
- Manage and optimize budget according to approved scope. Respond and provide alternative solutions for cases beyond the scope of resolution.
- Combine with the HR department to recruit and manage the PG team, Combine with the Sales department to schedule implementation at the point of sale.
- Build forms and processes for managing, timekeeping and reporting data on sell-out sales, display criteria, and competitors' actions at the point of sale.
- Conduct point of sale audits, evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotion programs at points of sale.
- Survey the market, capture the actions of competitors' promotional programs and displays on all Channels and report to TBP.
- Collaborate with members of the Promotion plan development department to ensure alignment and connection, ensure budget optimization and highest efficiency.
- Perform other tasks as directed by direct manager.
Candidate requirements
- Education level: College or higher
- Major: Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing
- Experience: ≥ 1 year of experience in a Trade Marketing position (priority given to those with experience in the field of fast-moving consumer goods, beverages is an advantage)
- Have knowledge of business, fast-moving consumer goods and beverage markets.
- Age from 25 → 35 years old
