    Job Description

    JOB CONTENT:

    • Draft, arrange, manage, and store: Collaborator Contracts, Labor Contracts, Board of Directors, proposals, decisions, etc.
    • Support and respond to procedures: job acceptance, integration training, resignation.
    • Corresponding with suppliers: ordering stationery, uniforms, post office, booking air tickets - hotels for employees on business trips, preparing purchase and sale proposals,...
    • Print necessary daily and weekly documents for the office: lunch break registration form, chourei paper, leave application form, overtime application form,...
    • Welcome customers and candidates when they come to the office
    • Manage, arrange, and remind all employees to keep the office clean and tidy.
    • Organize events, support related departments with common tasks
    • Report work to superiors
    • Other tasks as required by superiors.

    REQUEST:

    • College degree or higher in Business Administration, Office Administration or related fields.
    • Age: 22 ~ 27 years old preferred
    • Experience in general affairs/admin position from 6 months or more, will be trained from the beginning
    • Japanese: JLPT N3 or higher • Knows how to manage time, is careful in work
    • Quick, cheerful, flexible at work
    • Proficient in office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

    INTEREST:

    • Salary: From 10 ~ 12 million (depending on experience and ability)
    • Probation: Full 100% salary
    • 13th month salary bonus
    • Teamwork allowance 300k/month
    • Meal allowance at company restaurant 500k/month (Unatoto eel rice restaurant)
    • Salary Review 2 times/year
    • Travel, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Leave,... according to Labor Law.

    TIME:

    • Working hours: 44 hours/week (Work schedule can be changed according to the nature of the job).
