Job Description

WORK CONTENT

Schedule consulting, bus tickets, baggage information and freight services. Notice of general regulations of the vehicle.
Pick up the phone to book tickets, order delivery services. Then proceed to book tickets for guests, or guide customers to book directly on the company website.
Receive customer information, notify guests when it is time to depart, or goods arrive at the delivery - pick up point.
Answer customer inquiries.
Listen to and record customers' opinions and complaints, transfer to relevant departments for settlement.
And some other jobs as required by superiors.

Note: The majority of customers are Vietnamese and Chinese living in the US. Using 3 main languages are English, Vietnamese, Chinese.
REQUEST

Fluent in English or Chinese, can communicate with native speakers.
Easy-to-listen voice, no stuttering, Southern accent
No experience required, training will be provided.
Good healthy.

WORKING TIME

Working in California time zone

From: 9pm to 9am (April to the end of September)
22:00 - 10:00 (from October to the end of March)

Month 16 working days: Work 3 days off 4 days alternately per week.
Work at office. At SG Royal Building, Ben Van Don, District 4, HCM

RIGHT

Salary: 12,000,000 VND - 15,000,000 VND/month.
Social insurance according to the regulations of the State.
Food and beverage support for the night shift.
Support monthly parking fee.
Review salary increases periodically.
