Job Description

Liaise and directly work with show organizers, exhibitors and stakeholders during the pre-, during and post-event process to ensure the event takes place as planned.
Manage all setup, teardown, and event tracking processes.
Maintain event budget.
Book venues, entertainers, photographers and schedule speakers.
Conduct a final check on the day of the event to ensure everything is in order.
Check, summarize and evaluate the overall success of the event and prepare a report after organizing the program.
Support the work of setting up the organizational space, logistics... of the event if any
Perform other related tasks as assigned by superiors.

REQUEST:

Can communicate in English
Have at least 1 year experience in the field of event coordination/event organization or similar positions
Proficient in using office computers (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Able to work independently, work in groups and withstand high work pressure.
Good supplier management skills
Confident communication skills
