• Job description:
- Organize company meetings, record meeting minutes to send to departments and keep the office; Receiving and preparing meeting rooms when guests come to the company,
- Participating in the organization of the company's events and movements; carry out life care tasks for employees such as visiting sick people, funerals, weddings, etc.
- Carry out recruitment activities as required: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, announce results, draft invitations, decisions, probationary contracts,....do procedures. for new employees. Update personnel information, keep labor contracts, employee records;
- Maintain labor records, carry out procedures related to social insurance for employees; monitoring timekeeping, calculating salary and remuneration regimes of the company, monitoring the implementation of internal rules by employees in the company;
- Manage and purchase assets, equipment, tools, office supplies;
- Human resource management of the Company: drafting labor contracts for employees, timekeeping, salary calculation, bonus, for employees
- Monitor and register social insurance, tax code, dependents for employees
- Building the administrative management mechanism of the Company to meet the requirements of simplicity, transparency, clarity, order and efficiency;
- Develop and monitor the system of policies and regulations related to work: administration, administration and procurement, allocation of assets, equipment, labor tools,...
- Purchasing office equipment, stationery, managing assets of the Company, ensuring that the office equipment is adequate without affecting the operation plan of the Departments/Departments;
