1. Approach customers
- Proactively approach customers and introduce Mirae Asset's services.
- Collect customer information.
- Advise customers during the product selection and payment method process.
- Answer customer questions related to Mirae Asset's services in accordance with company policy.
2. Consulting and signing contracts
- Advise on correct installment purchase procedures and persuade customers to use Mirae Asset's services.
- Guide customers to provide documents and complete procedures according to regulations.
- Collect all necessary customer information to enter data into the system.
- Monitor the appraisal of documents by the appraisal department.
- Notify customers of appraisal results (if necessary).
- Guide customers to make contracts.
- Provide information to customers about payment methods and locations.
- Carefully check all necessary documents before sending them to the relevant department and before delivering products to customers.
3. Manage equipment and supplies at POS and maintain good relationships with agents.
- Manage and store all company assets and equipment at POS.
- Proactively resolve and promptly notify management of arising issues.
- Arrange documents, desks, printers, stationery and keep the work area neat, tidy and clean.
- Tighten good relationships with agents as well as its employee(s).
