- JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Receive information from customers who want to receive pension and tax money in Japan from the Marketing department.
- Consulting, supporting, caring for and guiding customers to complete documents according to regulations.
- Consultation form: texting and calling customers.
- Customer care, answering service-related questions.
- INCOME: Income: 9,000,000 - 25,000,000 VND/month
- 2-month probationary period: Fixed salary 6,000,000 + Commission + Overtime salary (if any)
At the end of the 2-month probationary period, an official contract will be signed as follows:
Income: LCB 6,000,000 VND + Allowance + Sales allowance + Commission + Overtime salary (if any).
- 7-day training: Salary 120,000 VND/day, work more than 3 days of training to be paid
- Overtime 50,000 VND/hour and overtime 25 hours/month (for employees under 6 months).
- Seniority allowance every 6 months: each time + 500,000 VND added to monthly salary.
- Subsidy of 1,000,000 - 3,000,000 VND/month if committed to sticking with the business
- Monthly/quarterly/yearly sales bonus for employees with high work performance
- REMUNERATION:
- Pay full social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance.
- Tet bonus, 13th month salary, 12 days of leave per year and other benefits... according to Company regulations.
