    Job Description

    Primary responsibility
    • All tasks are related to the footwear industry.
    • Finalize the specifications for finishing materials (e.g., tags, shoe boxes, labels) for the new product in collaboration with the design and production teams.
    • Collaborate with headquarters and suppliers (in Japanese and English) on the development and approval of new finishing materials, including sample testing and feedback.
    • Arrange and coordinate meetings with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of the new product to the mass production phase.
    • Collaborate with relevant departments to finalize and approve product specifications documents.
    • Boost operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and implementing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).

    Request
    • Age & Life Stage: Female, around 30 years old.
    • Business level Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent required) & basic English
    • Experience: At least 3 years of office work experience in a Japanese company or Japanese business environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is required.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Meticulous, careful, and capable of handling repetitive tasks.
    • Possesses the ability to concentrate and withstand pressure for extended periods.

    Working conditions
    • Head office: Hoa Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
    • Factory locations: Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong Province, Binh Phuoc Province (company provides transportation).
    • For overnight business trips (maximum 2 times/month, maximum 2 nights/week), the company will provide an allowance and hotel accommodation.
    • Overnight allowance: 200,000 VND/day , meals and hotel expenses are covered by the company.

    Working hours
    Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    Wage
    All positions: Base salary 15,000,000 VND + allowances

    Welfare
    • Probationary period salary is 85%.
    • Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance according to the law.

    • Allowance for JLPT/BJT & TOEIC/IELTS certificates (13 million VND)
    • 13th-month salary bonus, performance bonus, and annual salary increase in April.

    • Financial support for JLPT and TOEIC certification exams is provided once a year.
