Job Details
- Consulting and booking airline tickets according to customer requests/needs.
- Track bookings, handle issues, update and inform customers.
- Update airline programs, policies, and flight booking systems.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to complete the work well.
- Make related work reports.
- Priority given to candidates who can start work immediately.
Candidate requirements
- Priority is given to those with experience at airline ticket agents, airlines, visa and tour consulting experience or with an airline ticketing certificate.
- Agile, able to withstand work pressure. Clear orientation, love consulting and customer care work.
- Have a high sense of responsibility at work.
- Basic English. Office computer skills.
- College degree or higher, majoring in tourism, business administration, culture, English language, ... is an advantage.
