Job details:
- Receive customer requests, book itineraries, quote prices, ticket conditions, and airline regulations for customers.
- Make reservations, track ticket issuance deadlines, and track customer flight status.
- Responsible for bookings
- Handle customer requests related to reservations and support services such as online check-in, baggage, ticket change support, and ticket refunds
- Receive calls or emails from customers to advise and answer customers' questions when they need air tickets.
- Update the airline's ticket pricing policies and new routes to advise and set up itineraries according to customer requests.
- Support other tasks related to the box office
REQUEST:
- Education level: College
- Have experience in booking airline tickets
- Candidates must know how to use the GDS system
- Basic English
- Computer: know how to use office computers (Word, Excel)
