WORK CONTENT
Advise customers on information about domestic and international tickets
- Book reservations, calculate prices, quote according to customer requests
- Carry out procedures: book/issue/change/refund/cancel tickets when required
- Manage reservations from the time the customer requests a reservation until the end of the trip.
- Import report.
- Support accountants in debt collection, & remind customers to close statements
- Book (or transfer to relevant department) hotel, car, visa, tour
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Female, experience booking tickets is an advantage.
- Careful, enthusiastic, with a high sense of responsibility.
RIGHT
- Income includes: Basic salary from + sales + bonus (from 8-15 million/month).
- Working hours: Monday - Saturday.
- Receive training to improve your skills and income.
- Full social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance.

- Hanoi: 29 BT4-3 Trung Thu Street, Trung Van Ward, Nam Tu Liem
