JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Job Description:
- Responsible for managing and collecting fees at the project such as management fees, electricity and water fees, procedures for residents and managers.
- Debt tracking.
2. Main tasks:
- Collecting management fees, water from residents, customers.
- Support to remind residents to pay fees at the request of the Management Board and monitor the debt.
- Implement and manage cash/transfer payments of residents.
- Manage accounts receivable from customers and suppliers.
3. Administrative tasks:
- Monitor the collection - expenditure, payment of fees, update debts.
- Monitor e-banking transactions and make relevant reports.
- Support other departments when required.
- Other arising tasks as directed by superiors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. General requirements:
- Female age 22 and up.
- Graduated from high school or higher majoring in finance, accounting, cashier, economics, ...
- Working by the hour.
2. Required Skills:
- Problem-solving skills.
- Have computer skills in office: Word, Excel
- Communication in English: basic.
3. Experience Requirements:
- Having at least 1 year of experience in the accounting position of the Building, or the position of Accounting Administration, or administrative cum cashier is an advantage.
4. Requirements for Working Spirit:
- Sense of organization and discipline, dedicated to work.
- Agile, flexible, careful.
