Job Description

I. Job Description
1. Prepare uniforms, postures and manners at the beginning of the shift in accordance with the regulations on reception - cashier work
2. Arrange, clean and sanitize at the beginning of the shift
• Rearrange the working area to be neat and tidy
• Keep the work area clean
3. Check tools before working hours
• Check tools: calculators, card scanners, receipt paper...
• Check the change in the safe, make sure there is enough change to actively return the Customer/Sick before working hours
4. Work during working hours
• Perform customer/patient reception according to regulations, ensure customer/patient's satisfaction
• Perform cashier work according to regulations and procedures of Tmatsuoka Japanese Medical Center.
5. End of shift work
• Check the money in the safe, summarize the cash amount in the shift, print the revenue report, close the shift
• Deposit money into the account according to regulations
• Cleaning at the end of the shift

II. Request
• Graduated from high school majoring in Accounting
• Preferably have 01 year experience as cashier
• Good communication skill
• Honesty, dedication to work
• Attitude warm, considerate, thoughtful
• Good healthy
• Proficient in office computing, knowing how to use software
• Priority: Candidates who have worked in an international hospital/clinic environment, fluent English, good-looking appearance.
• Willing to comply with corporate culture, working regulations, work assignment of the Board of Directors

III. Right
• Salary from 8 to 12 million VND depending on qualifications and working experience.
