    Job Description

    • Survey and plan breeding area according to assigned targets.
    • Check the soil in the planning area before the season to provide seeds and plant seeds.
    • Prepare and send breeding contracts to partners
    • Check the care and development process of the seed field at each stage.
    • Provide technical advice to people to take care of seed fields according to company standards.
    • Record all data according to prescribed forms during the inspection process.
    • Timely report production status and objective incidents to superiors.
    • Build a harvest schedule.
    • Purchasing, warehousing
    • Perform other related tasks when requested by direct manager and company Board of Directors.
