Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Carry out import-export related activities: Contact and negotiate with foreign suppliers, ask for prices, close orders, choose forwarders...
Receive and evaluate the quality of goods, handle according to company regulations in case of goods that are not samples, do not comply with the contract, damaged, incorrect quantity,...
Receive payment request invoice from supplier.
Generate and store all order reports.
Coordinate with other departments to support the Sales Department in making sales.
Perform other duties as required by the Director.

2. REQUIREMENTS

Proficient in English communication or Chinese communication
Have experience of 01 year or more. Have basic knowledge of Import-Export - Logistics
College degree or higher, majoring in International Business, International Economics, International Trade, Logistics - Import - Export, Chinese language or related fields
Proficient in office software.
