    Job Description

    • Survey of domestic and foreign prices of goods and equipment.
    • Plan and prioritize purchasing activities.
    • Evaluate ordering plans, issue purchase requisitions, and manage the supplier selection process.
    • Monitor order status, be prepared for shortages or backlogs, and liaise directly with relevant departments.
    • Track orders and confirm production times, delivery times and costs and complete payment procedures for suppliers.
    • Ensure orders comply with contract agreements; report results to management.
    • Coordinate with finance and logistics staff in processing and receiving invoices and correcting discrepancies if any.
    • Deliver goods to customers or companies as per approved requirements.
    • Product research provides direction for the company's core product development.
    • Research domestic and foreign suppliers, coordinate with other departments to carry out the work of inviting cooperation, association, representation, distribution... with suppliers.
    • Develop training plans on products and services of the Company and suppliers.
      Candidate requirements:
    • Experienced in the field of: Purchasing, import and export
    • Proficient in English 4 skills.
    • Microsoft Office computer creation.
    • Extensive knowledge of printing equipment market prices and products is an advantage.
    • Ability to work independently, proactively, and under pressure.
    • Good communication and negotiation skills.
    • Quick, honest, progressive.

      • Interest:

        • Fixed salary based on ability from 12-18 million VND.
        • 13th month salary, holiday bonus

        • Trained in products and sales skills domestically and internationally.
