    - Make purchasing plans for regular items and arising items

    - Contact and discuss with domestic and foreign suppliers. Negotiate and agree on terms in commercial contracts. Sign an international goods purchase and sale contract.

    - Contract management, order tracking

    - Monitor debts and payments to suppliers

    - Perform tasks as assigned by superiors.
