Job description:

Handle and package wholesale and retail orders carefully, quickly and with quality.
Manage the shipping and delivery process of orders, ensuring the right time and location requested by customers.
Resolve shipping-related issues such as product errors, order cancellations and returns.
Manage inventory and arrange warehouse space neatly.
Support and coordinate checking documents, goods quality and counting and comparing quantities in the warehouse.
Regularly clean the warehouse, avoid prohibited actions to ensure hygiene and avoid fires and explosions in the warehouse.
Preserve goods at the warehouse to promptly detect damage or loss, if any.
Implement inventory management on the Misa Amis system.

Able to withstand work pressure and work effectively and on schedule.
