Job Description

I. JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Contact foreign partners to ask price and schedule of goods

Provide timely price/progress product orders to sales department.
2. Order, plan to import goods and pay NCC
Place orders promptly and accurately
Monitor the progress closely with NCC and update with Sales Department (compared to the progress requested by the customer)
Plan the transportation with the most suitable method and the most reasonable cost
Make supplier payment records in a timely manner, without affecting the delivery schedule.
3. Merchandise data management and purchasing department expenses
Product data management (code, description, purchase price, packaging)
Statistics of expenses:
- Order value according to the orders of each supplier
- Shipping per batch (sea, land, courier).
  4. Shipping tracking and customs clearance
Keep close contact with international shipping partners and Customs services (sea/land/express) in case of trade declaration
- Consult the most suitable shipping schedule for your import needs
- Prepare timely and complete documents for shipping partners and Customs
Do the procedures yourself with the courier in the case of non-commercial declaration.
5. Prepare CO/CQ for orders when required.
6. Warranty support
Communicate information to NCC and update factory feedback to departments
Summary of expenses incurred (if any).
7. Combine stock checking and sample management with other colleagues
Preliminary check with warehouse and sales department about quantity and labels of goods
Coordinate with Technical Department on product quality inspection.
8. Find out new products, new trends about the products distributed by the company.
II/ Requirements:
Graduate in Import and Export
Good English (listening - speaking - reading - writing skills), Chinese is preferred
Good information exchange, collection and analysis skills
have the ability to manage time and prioritize work
Teamwork spirit
Proactive, responsible, thorough, progressive
Proficient in office
Adapt to the working environment and company culture
