MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Search, evaluate, and select suppliers.
Proceed with purchasing goods, raw materials, and services as required.
Negotiate prices, contract terms, and delivery times.
Monitor delivery progress, ensuring correct quantity and quality.
Check the purchase documents: contract, invoice, delivery receipt.
Coordinate with warehouse, accounting, and relevant departments.
Monitor and manage procurement costs and propose cost optimization solutions.
Update supplier data, generate periodic work reports.
REQUEST:
Graduated from college or higher
Fairly proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, typing)
Experience of 2 years or more
Possesses strong negotiation and communication skills.
Understanding the market and commodity prices.
Proficient in office computer skills.
Careful, honest, and able to withstand work pressure.
BENEFITS RECEIVED:
Probation period: 2 months. During the probation period, you will receive over 90% of your contracted salary.
