Job Description

Ensure the supply of goods and equipment on schedule, in sufficient quantity, with good quality and at optimal price .
Responsible for the entire process from finding suppliers, placing orders, tracking shipping to checking goods entering the warehouse .

1. Search for supplier options

Find and evaluate suitable domestic and Chinese sources of goods (via 1688, Alibaba...).

Compare prices, transaction conditions and supplier reputation.

Update management of supplier, warehouse, forwarder list.

2. Order fulfillment and tracking

Receive requests from warehouse/operations/sales department.

Negotiate price, delivery time, payment terms.

Create, submit and track purchase contract orders.

3. Supervise shipping and receiving goods

Track delivery progress, coordinate with warehouse and shipping unit.

Check documents, coordinate inventory when goods arrive at warehouse.

Report promptly if there is any problem with quantity/quality of goods.

4. Data management & reporting

Update purchase data to Google Sheets/Excel/BigSeller/KiotViet .

Prepare periodic reports: orders, inventory, cost of goods, import costs.

Suggestions for improving pricing policies and optimizing purchasing plans.

Job Requirements

College degree or higher, priority given to Economics, Logistics, Engineering.
Have 1 year or more experience in purchasing or related position.
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, domestic/international ordering tools.
Negotiation skills, analysis, working independently/under pressure well.

Priority candidates:

Know basic Chinese.
Experienced in working with 1688, Alibaba, BigSeller, e-commerce platforms.

Interest

Income: 8 - 15 million / month
Competitive salary + Bonus based on purchasing performance/KPI.

There is a development path to Team Leader, Department Head.
