Import management
Receive goods from suppliers, Receive containers of goods (average 5-7 containers/month including night containers).
Check quantity, quality, expiry date when importing goods.
Make a record if damaged or missing goods are found.
Coordinate with warehouse accounting department to prepare warehouse receipts.
Export management
Prepare goods according to orders from customers (supermarkets, agents, distributors).
Carefully check quantity, product code, expiry date before leaving the warehouse.
Export goods according to warehouse delivery note, hand over to delivery department.
Inventory Control
Update monthly inventory figures.
Periodically check inventory and compare with books.
Arrange the warehouse neatly and scientifically for easy checking and quick import and export of goods.
Recommend additional stock when quantity is below minimum stock level.
Storage of goods
Ensure temperature and humidity in the warehouse are suitable for each type of candy and beverage.
Classify goods according to the FIFO principle (first in, first out) to avoid near-expiry goods being stored for a long time.
Control factors that can affect product quality such as insects, water, and temperature.
Support related work
Assist with loading and unloading when needed.
Coordinate with accounting and sales departments to ensure import and export procedures are in accordance with regulations.
Report on goods status, near-expiry date, and loss to management.
