Contact, discuss and persuade customers to pay overdue loans
Build and maintain good relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders
Analyze and evaluate customers' financial situation to propose appropriate debt collection plans.
Plan and periodically report on debt collection status in the area of responsibility.
Coordinate with relevant departments to handle issues arising during debt collection.
Comply with company procedures, regulations and laws in debt collection activities
