- Enter data related to raw materials into Misa software
- Check and review raw materials during production process
- Carry out statistics and control of raw materials used in production.
- Check documents and Bom (Balance sheet) to enter production orders into Misa software
- Compare the liquidation data of raw materials on the software with related departments. Update the data if there are any errors.
- Track import and export of raw materials.
- Coordinate with import-export, planning and accounting departments to find ways to handle problems such as export raw materials.
- After each order is completed, compare the production warehouse data and production orders on the software. Report any surplus or shortage to the relevant department to find the cause and handle it.
- Other tasks as required by the team leader.
