Job description:
- Research on fashion trends, design direction for each season, and develop key ideas for Collections.
- Draw sketches or draw 3D for each design, choose the right fabric for each design
- Combine and closely follow the sample making and sewing parts to be implemented according to the design idea
- Browse final sample before merging into Collection
- Work closely with MKT department to come up with ideas for advertising photo shoots and launch new product collections.
- Making production plan,
- Manage production orders
- Check and handle problems arising when making goods,
- Organize and manage the activities of the Planning Department, work with workshops/processing units to ensure timely production on schedule to serve business activities.
- Make reports, analyze and evaluate the implementation of Production, Sales, and Materials Plans
