THE COMPANY ESTABLISHED MORE THAN 10 YEARS, SPECIALIZING IN CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, IS RECRUITING:
1. Recruitment:
- + 1 AutoCAD designer
- + 1 Staff to supervise and process documents of construction projects and works
2. Requirements: Male
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience or more. Priority given to those who have worked in the Electricity and Water industry.
- Deploy shop drawings, completion drawings, quantity take-offs, prepare payment documents, protect quantity with construction consultants and investors, establish construction schedule, construction methods... (Company data available)
- Prepare stage payment / settlement documents according to final figures
- Sign documents under the authority of the Executive Board: minutes of acceptance of stages/project items/completed projects; types of drawings
- Manage quality records, protect quality management records with TVGS and investors.
- Coordinate with other specialized departments to ensure requirements on progress and accuracy of documents.
3. Benefits:
