Job description
- Prepare and deploy design drawings when required.
- Participate in designing projects: stores, shops, showrooms, cafes, villa restaurants, villas, apartments, townhouses.....
- Create a concept plan
- Strictly implement the design process according to company regulations, comply with company rules and project implementation regulations.
- Other tasks as requested by direct manager.
- Gender: Male, Female.
- Graduated from University or post-university majoring in Architecture. Interior
- Priority: candidates must have a practicing certificate in architectural design.
- Experience: 03 years or more.
- Proficient in design software: 3Dmax, Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, MS office and other specialized software...
- Being able to use video rendering software is an advantage
- Skills to work independently or in groups...
- Good communication skills, clear and logical project presentation.
- Master the design standards, regulations and legal processes for project implementation.
- Income 12 - 20 million/month.
- Competitive salary according to qualifications and professional experience.
