- Design mechanical and electrical systems, knowledgeable about air conditioning, compressed air pipeline systems, water supply and drainage systems...
- Knowing how to calculate and select equipment (compressed air pipes, water supply and drainage, HVAC, lighting...) is an advantage.
- Design works mainly related to medical gas systems, clean gas systems, light electricity for hospital projects
- Take off quantities, run estimates, prepare BOQ
- Implement pre-construction work: deploy construction drawings, establish progress, construction methods, project management documents.
- Support the Site Steering Committee to carry out procedures related to signing acceptance documents and related legal procedures.
* Required qualifications: College/University graduate.
* Skill requirements:
- Good communication, ability to work independently, good teamwork.
- Good use of software related to CAD, Office (required), (Knowing Sketchup, Revit... is an advantage)
* Experience required:
- Experience of 1 year or more (Preferred: experience working in the mechanical and electrical field).
- Participated in designing civil, industrial, mechanical and electrical projects, HVAC...
* Other requirements:
- Gender: Male/female
- Work at the Company Office.
- Ready to go on business trips, work at the construction site or branch when assigned by the Head of Department/Director.
