- Receive information about ideas from Creative Manager and make design proposals suitable for the program
- Analyze requirements, research and make appropriate design recommendations.
- Provide creative ideas for all 2D/3D design categories to meet the requirements and goals of each program. At the same time, design ideas must be innovative and create competitive advantages for the company.
- Directly responsible for designing the perspective of all 2D/3D items within the scope of the program such as: Main stage, Photo booth, layout foyer (Decorating the miniature landscape areas outside the lobby, banquet hall...), team-building play area... assigned based on creative direction and agreed ideas.
- Develop technical drawings and designs for production.
Job requirements:
- College degree or higher, majoring in Architecture, Fine Arts, Industrial Design,...
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the field of event organization, festivals, advertising, communications, etc. in the Event Agency environment.
- Proficient in design tools: 3Ds Max/ Sketch Up, Vray, Photoshop, AI, Lumion,…
- Experience in stage and scene design, lighting and space handling.
- Have basic knowledge of stage materials, production techniques, technical structures and sound and lighting equipment. - Ability to visualize 3D space and good hand sketching.
- Sharp and creative thinking (in both working style and product design)
