- Job details:
- Implement and monitor the execution of measures to ensure occupational safety and health, environmental protection, fire prevention and control, 5S, etc., in accordance with the company's regulations and procedures, ISO, and IATF standards.
- Manage operations, conduct periodic inspections, and respond to repairs of factory equipment and fire protection equipment.
- Control and monitor chemical safety and the process of handling waste and generated materials.
- Investigate, report, and implement timely countermeasures in the event of accidents, equipment incidents, occupational safety and health, environmental sanitation, fire prevention and control, and other emergencies.
- Organize training, education, and dissemination of policies, regulations, and management systems related to occupational safety and health, environmental protection, etc., on a regular basis for each target group.
- Regularly update yourself on legal documents, resolutions, decrees, and regulations on occupational safety and health, environmental protection, fire prevention and control, etc., issued by competent authorities.
- Job requirements:
- Graduated from college or university with a major in occupational safety, labor protection, or construction.
- Have at least one year of similar experience at an electronics components/EPE manufacturing company.
- Preference will be given to candidates with English or Japanese communication skills.
- Agile, careful, responsible, and proactive in work.
