    Job Description

    1. Plan to introduce and sell the Company's products and services to achieve the required sales target.
    2. Introduce products directly or indirectly to customers, partners, architects...
    3. Draft product introduction documents, quotes, negotiate and close sales contracts.
    4. Update knowledge about existing products and new products (if any)
    5. Update customer data in sales reports and company sales management tools
    6. Track orders from inception to final settlement and coordinate problem solving throughout the pre-/post-sales process
    7. Monitor and be responsible for collecting customer debts.
    8. Coordinate with relevant departments to complete sales work and supplement documents and procedures in accordance with company regulations.
    9. Support branches if assigned tasks and depending on actual development situation
    10. Participate in domestic and foreign training courses (if any)

    Interest:

    1. Income from 7-20 million/month; including: Fixed salary from 7 - 10 million (depending on ability) + commission bonus + sales bonus + best seller bonus. Salary paid on the 2nd of every month.

    Phone and laptop provided.

    2. Products for high-end customers and have a brand in the market.

    3. Fully participate in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance after probation and other regimes according to the law.

    4. Annual and extraordinary salary increases based on work performance.
