Job duties
Real estate appraisal: such as land, factories, real estate projects:
- Directly carry out documents on real estate valuation such as real estate projects, townhouses, apartments, residential land, agricultural land, ...
- Property survey and appraisal. Investigate, collect information and provide basis for price appraisal
- Prepare reports and valuation certificates.
Other requirements
- Graduated from university majoring in: Valuation; Build; Land Management …
- Proficient in office.
- English at B or higher
- Experience working in an appraisal environment is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, teamwork skills.
- Can withstand work pressure.
