Have at least 3-5 years of experience working in the field of testing for software projects.
Have in-depth knowledge of IT.
Master the software development process, testing process according to CMMi model. Able to participate in projects using different development models (such as Agile, Water fall, ...). Able to control the development process being applied to projects.
Have in-depth knowledge of software quality testing such as the ability to plan testing, write test cases, test data using complex testing techniques, and create test reports.
Have knowledge of automated testing.
Good English is an advantage
