JOB DETAILS:
The main responsibilities involve making phone calls and sending text messages to advise customers on logistics services using existing data, as well as working and communicating with Thai customers in Thai. This position also includes introducing services, providing basic quotes, assisting in closing deals, and monitoring, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with customers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make phone calls/text messages to advise customers on logistics services using existing data.
- Working and communicating at a basic level with Thai clients in Thai.
- Introducing services, providing basic pricing, and assisting with closing deals.
- Tracking customers, providing care, and maintaining relationships.
- Perform tasks related to updating data files, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Provide translation support (when needed) between Thai clients and internal departments.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure order deadlines are met.
REQUEST:
Experience:
- Experience in telesales/sales/customer service is an advantage.
- We accept candidates with no prior experience.
Skill:
- Good command of Thai (listening and speaking)
- Proficient in office computer skills.
- Proactive, persistent, and responsible in their work.

- Fixed salary: 8 - 10 million VND + allowances: 500,000 VND/month + performance-based bonus.
