Position: Telesale Staff Topup Channel (100% data provided by the company)
1. Job description:
Call customers according to the list.
Consulting and answering questions about Topup products (phone top-up, scratch cards, financial services) of Home Credit.
Close sales over the phone according to available scripts.
Monitor and support customers using the product.
2. Benefits:
Basic salary: 5.7 million VND/month (including basic salary + allowance).
Bonus: Based on work results, total income is not less than 12 million VND/month.
Probation: Receive 100% of basic salary during probation period (2 months).
Labor contract: Signed after 2 months of probation if requirements are met.
Insurance regime: full social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, holidays, annual leave according to regulations.
Professional environment: Work with modern Autocall system, optimize process.
Professional training: No experience required, trained from the beginning.
3. Job requirements:
No experience required, suitable for fresh graduates or those who want to try telesales.
Good communication skills, confident on the phone.
Hardworking, responsible, good team player.
Positive attitude, long term commitment.
4. Working time:
Working from Monday to Saturday and Sunday.
Working hours: 8am – 5pm
