Working time: Monday to Sunday (4 days off/month)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 01 year or more experience in similar position;
- Knowledge of the beauty industry, TMV is an advantage;
- Gender: Female, good looking. Age: 20 years old and up;
- Able to withstand pressure on sales;
- Have good communication skills;
- Open-minded, agile personality;
- Basic Office Informatics skills.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call to advise new customers according to the script and available content about the services & products of the brands Shynh House - Shynh Premium on Digital's database;
- Review old data, call to care for customers in need of care, customers in old data;
- Update call information on customer management software CRM, Shynh Admin….;
- Make sure to call the assigned amount of data and at least 100 calls/day and follow the regulations on calling numbers and the Regulation on data handling, not to waste or lose data.;
- Search for new customer data.
