JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Call customers to advise on services based on available data
- Call on the company's Call system.
- Convince customers to use credit card opening and cash loan products from banks and financial companies (VIB, Easy Credit, PTF, SHB Finance, MCredit...)
- Responsible for checking Customer information, accuracy of information, clearly noting Customer status on processed data
- Report to the Team Leader the actual status, work performance and arising cases.
REQUEST:
- No experience is accepted, but you must know how to operate the computer well
- Having financial experience is an advantage
- Good, standard voice, not difficult to hear, confident to communicate on the phone
