Job Description

Consulting and answering information about products and services provided by Hanoi Eye Hospital 2 to customers via phone at the switchboard, email, zalo, chat.
Make proactive customer service calls.
Conduct proactive customer care calls to maintain connections and retain customers such as programs on: calling to survey customers, welcoming new customers, updating customer information and profiles as required by management.
Conduct sales over the phone and survey customer needs as required.
Make recommendations based on customer feedback to develop plans to ensure revenue targets and customer retention.
Perform other tasks as required by direct management

Skill:

Proficient in office software, priority given to candidates who know English.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to interact with customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, online chat and social media.
Ability to handle complex or unexpected customer situations confidently and effectively.
Creativity in finding solutions and proposing approaches to problem solving.
Standard voice, no lisp, no stutter, no regional accent.
Enthusiastic, careful, highly responsible in work.
Solidarity, friendliness in communication, support colleagues in work.
Open-minded, hard-working and willing to learn, know how to handle conflict situations.
Able to work rotating shifts and withstand high pressure.
Understanding of customer support tools and systems such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage customer interactions and information, callcenter systems is an advantage.
