Job description:
- Answer and handle incoming calls to consult and close orders from customers.
- Quickly grasp customer psychology and give reasonable advice.
- Sales consulting by phone and online channels such as: Facebook, Zalo, e-commerce floors
- Care and maintain long-term relationship with customers.
- Monitor and report work progress
Request:
- Female. Under 27 years old.
- Inspiring voice, easy to listen to, no lisp or stuttering.
- Good-looking appearance, agile, flexible work handling.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
