II/ Job description:
● Receive available data collected by the Marketing department;
● Advise, introduce and convince customers about using the company's Hi Beauty products;
● Exploit information and needs of current and potential customers to offer products/services over the phone;
Manage customer information and continuously update it on the database system;
● Promote promotional programs and attractive incentive service packages of the business to customers;
Build customer relationships based on focusing on customer needs and closing sales.
III/ Benefits:
• Income: Fixed salary 7,000,000 + revenue bonus + Base bonus + Success rate bonus + Hot bonus (Total income from 8-20 million/month); • Probationary salary:
▪ 3-day unpaid internship
▪ 1 month probationary period with 85% of fixed salary + Sales bonus (~ 5-10 million)
• As an official employee, revenue bonuses will be calculated based on the number of successful orders in the month:
▪ Bonus level will increase according to revenue milestones (with clear salary and bonus mechanism document);
▪ Additional bonuses from superiors.

● Have communication and listening skills, rich vocabulary. Pleasant voice, convincing.
