JOB DESCRIPTION - Calling potential customers according to available data to offer products/services
- Consult and answer customer questions, best meet the needs of customers
- Store call history with customers to build useful information sets
- Manage customer information and constantly update it on the database system
- Building a good relationship with customers by best responding to customer needs and handling complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with sales staff and other departmental staff to achieve business goals
- Report to superiors on weekly business progress and results

- Having experience working as a telesales staff or other positions related to sales/customer care
- Familiar with customer management software and phone system
- Proficient in sales, communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in relationship management skills
