Job Description

Call customers daily according to the divided data and schedule appointments for customers to come to Yteeth Dental Clinic.
Record all customer information about needs, medical conditions, and feedback on the software so that doctors and customer service can grasp it, supporting the consultation and closing process.
Track appointments on the software to know the status of customers booking appointments. Regularly check appointments and remind customers.
Support and answer questions about the clinic's policies and promotions for customers and advise customers on promotional programs for them to choose from.
Support customers with some basic knowledge about dental care.
Ensure the number of customers coming to the clinic according to the company's standards.
Post on personal Facebook page, Zalo and local resident groups around the clinic to find customers for dentistry.
Support calling old customers, direct page if needed.
Daily, weekly and monthly reports for management on number of calls, connection rate, number of customers making appointments, number of customers coming to the clinic according to scheduled appointments, customer feedback, and cases that need attention.
Build and maintain close relationships with customers.
Participate in meetings and training sessions organized by the Marketing department or the company.
