Job details

Perform customer care & customer consulting tasks through company communication channels.
Receive data from the marketing department, advise on products, services and promotions suitable to customer needs.
Update customer appointment information according to the process.
Statistically report daily and weekly working data and send weekly daily work plan reports at the beginning and end of each day and each week to the Deputy Head of Sale On.
Ensuring customer index growth (VIP customers/ Referral customers/ New customers/ Closing rate)
Receive & Report immediately cases of customers who are dissatisfied with the quality of service or care to the Sales On Manager and follow up to take care of dissatisfied customers.
Collect customer opinions and handle risks. Report weekly risk handling results to Sales On Manager.
Ensure and clean the work area, office, and desk.
Follow instructions from the Board of Directors.
