    Job Description

    I. Professional and skill requirements:
    • Priority is given to candidates who have worked in design in the printing industry, or the garment industry, or in the Print On Demand/Cross-border Ecommerce field.
    • Have knowledge of printing techniques in the garment industry or in the POD field.
    • Passionate about manufacturing and service.
    • Good command of English especially writing and reading skills.
    • Proficient in office software including MS Excel, Google Sheet.
    • Good problem solving, time management and organization skills.
    • Quick, observant, meticulous and good thinking.

    II. Main tasks:
    • Prepare POD orders for printers: order information, shipping, processing image files before putting into production,
    • Coordinate with Production Department to ensure product production progress.
    • B2B customer care in domestic and foreign markets: support in answering questions about product policies, production progress and arising issues such as complaints, errors,
    • Available during US business hours.
    • Take on other duties as required.
