- Managing and developing Youtube and Tik Tok channels under the guidance of the Manager
- Analyze and report indicators in channel management
- Planning and developing content for the company's TikTok channels
- Research to update new trends, research customer insights to build scripts and content for TikTok, Youtube channels
- Coordinating with Photography, Design,... to build new products
- Research, analyze and evaluate audience, audience tastes, thereby making a plan to develop the channel in each appropriate period.
- Responsible for the content posted on the channel, using tricks to increase the effectiveness of the channel
- Censorship and quality control of video content according to evolving standards
- Channel care: Interact with viewers, promote videos/channels
- Other tasks as requested by Manager
REQUEST:
- Age: From 24 and up
- Degree: Intermediate or higher majoring: Marketing, Journalism, Content Creation, ...
- At least 02 years of experience in building & managing TikTok, Youtube, Facebook channels...
- Understand, know, master the operating rules, algorithms, and policies of Communication Channels such as Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook, ...
- Know how to create media content, many ideas, create funny content, catch trends
- Knowledge and skills in using basic photo and video editing and collage software
- Agile, eager to learn and progressive at work, diligently constantly updating new features of Youtube, Tiktok as well as work-related applications.
- Active, creative, with good taste.
