    1. Etsy/Amazon Store Management:

    • Manage and optimize product catalogs on your store.
    • List products and optimize SEO to increase customer reach.

    2. Idea generation and product development:

    • Research market trends and propose creative ideas for new products (prioritize handmade products)
    • Work with the Design department to realize ideas into finished products.

    3. Customer care:

    • Respond to messages and handle customer requests quickly and professionally.
    • Process orders, coordinate with Fulfillment department to ensure on-time delivery.

    4. Coordinate with departments:

    • Work with the design department to improve product design and quality.
    • Coordinate with Fulfillment team to ensure smooth production and shipping process.

      *** Job requirements

    1. Personal skills:

    • Hardworking, careful, have good logical thinking and problem solving ability.
    • Creative, good aesthetic taste, and sensitive to market trends, love of handmade products is an advantage.
    • Good time management skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

    2. Professional skills:

    • No experience required, company is willing to train from scratch.
    • Minimum English IELTS 6.0 or equivalent, especially reading comprehension and communication skills.

    3. Attitude:

    • Love creative work and international sales.
    • Willing to take risks and be highly responsible
